Florida residents, AAA members and military/veterans receive an extra 10% off. Valid Florida ID, AAA Membership Card, or Military/Veteran ID must be present upon arrival. If proper identification is not present to the front desk upon arrival, an additional 10% will be charged at check-in.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be taken 7 days prior to arrival. No cancellation penalties apply if the booking is canceled outside of 7 days prior to check-in date. Inside of 7 days prior to check-in date, the booking is 100% non-refundable. You must present the same debit/credit card used to make this reservation at check-in for verification. A debit/credit card is required at check in. An authorization will be placed on your debit/credit card for the full anticipated amount including $300 incidentals per stay. In the event that a credit card is not available at check-in, the hotel must receive a cash security deposit in the amount of $350.
