One of Bentley South Beach’s very own sister properties, a Bodega Taqueria y Tequila, will be part of this year’s Tacos After Dark taco competition! Be sure to check out our culinary mastermind Bernie Matz as he makes his special Bahamian Cracked Lobster taco at the event at Loews Miami Beach Hotel! Unable to attend? Don’t worry, Bodega, located on 16th Street and Alton Road, will be serving this taco all weekend long!

Celebrity chef and co-star of Food Network’s hit shows, Chopped and Taco Trip, as well as the culinary vision behind several restaurants including Johnny Sánchez, co-owned with friend and colleague John Besh, Aarón Sánchez returns to transform our host hotel into his very own SOBEWFF® taqueria. Whether from a street corner or a white-tablecloth restaurant, tacos remain one of the hottest food trends out there! Specially curated with input from Sánchez himself, we’ve rounded up an all-star cast of taco tastemakers to bring you some of America’s best offerings. Mexico City Chef Enrique Olvera will be serving up tacos from his new cookbook, Mexico from the Inside Out, at the Mexico City booth located on the St. Moritz lawn. Be one of the first 100 guests to stop by and post on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #MexicoCityFlavors to take home a copy of Enrique Olvera’s new cookbook!
