Timing: the best times to run are either early in the morning or in the evening around sunset. These times are ideal for running in order to escape the heat and sun exposure.
Tides: Check your local weather provider for the times of the tide. Low tide creates a hard running surface while high tide causes the sand to be wet and uneven making your run even more challenging!
Footwear: Skip the shoes to build up strength in your feet! However, in an effort to avoid the shells and other sharp objects on the beach, wearing shoes might be a better decision.
