Grilled Cheese Happy Hour | 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM at Cibo Wine Bar
Simply put, we’re taking one of history’s classic sandwiches and serving it up for one savory, buttery, ooey-gooey happy hour on the palatial rooftop of the South of Fifth’s elegant new Cibo Wine Bar. And who better to make us (and the cheese) melt than James Beard award-winning author and cheese booster Laura Werlin and local grilled cheese sensation Ms. Cheezious®. Werlin and Ms. Cheezious, who was voted Best Food Truck in Miami, share an unbridled passion for cheese and they’re here to help kick-off your Friday night at SOBEWFF®. Meatopia brings together more than 25 of the country’s greatest chefs to cook every part of the animal low and slow over open fires, utilizing only wood or charcoal as a base. The King of Carnivores himself, Michael Symon, will host this marquee affair as guests enjoy a live musical performance by Gregg Allman and sip on cold beer and an incredible array of brown spirits.

What is Sunday brunch without Bloody Marys?
The cast of Chopped is headlining this Taste Fort Lauderdale Series brunch overlooking the pristine beaches just outside The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale. Guests will enjoy a variety of free-flowing bloody mary offerings, encompassing both classic flavors and modern twists on this iconic brunch cocktail. We’ve rounded up chefs from all over South Florida to serve up their distinctive dishes, with a focus on fresh and local fare, to accompany the morning’s libations. The scene for casual luxury on the Gold Coast set inside the city’s first AAA Five Diamond hotel, the newly renovated property will be the perfect spot to get down with brunch and with the cast of Food Network’s hit series Chopped.
