March is National Nutrition Month! In a city where everyone is beach body ready, Lee our Hotel Manager decided to provide you with a map of the best running routes in Miami Beach to check out during your next stay. Additionally, we’ve added a few tips to keep you healthy all year long!
Miami Beach Running Routes
1. Stay hydrated. Drink eight glasses of water a day.
2. Eat a well-balanced diet. Having a colorful plate is an indicator of a healthy meal.
3. Exercise regularly. Doing twenty minutes of cardio, five times a week can improve your overall health.
4. Get a good night sleep. We recommend eight hours a night, if possible.
